INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Due to the very high cost for small volume shipping exports out of the US, please contact me directly when inquiring about your order so I can work on getting the best estimates for shipping. Shipping costs will also greatly vary depending on your location, and shipping speed will be much slower than estimated domestic rates. Not all countries will be eligible for shipping.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
For buyers in the US, standard shipping is flat-rate based on the print size and type. For small prints, each print will be packaged flat, wrapped first with a layer of acid-free paper and protected with several layers of cardboard. The entire print is then enclosed in a protective plastic sheet for moisture protection, and sealed inside the shipping box. For medium and large prints, the most economical way to ship is via tube mailer. The print will be carefully layered with acid-free paper, and carefully rolled around a stiff cardboard inner core. The entire roll is then wrapped in protective plastic sheet for moisture protection, and sealed in the tube mailer with additional padding. Tracking will be emailed to you after the print has been shipped. For flat rate standard shipping, please expect at least 3 days for processing and at least 1 week for shipping. If you would like faster or rush shipping, please let me know and I will provide updated shipping costs based on your delivery needs.
If ordering multiple prints, all of the prints will be packaged together and shipped in the largest size category. So if you are ordering a large and a small print, the small print will be rolled up with the large print and shipped via tube mailer. There is no limit to how many standard prints you can have packaged together under a single shipment.
Occasionally, I will offer very unique and specialized prints out of unusual or delicate paper that requires extra protection and support. In this case, the print will come pre-mounted in a modern, borderless acrylic frame. Depending on the size and weight of the mounted print, shipping will vary considerably, and can be significantly more for larger sized prints. If you are interested in one of these specialty prints, please inquire and I will get the most up to date shipping costs for you directly and work with you to ensure your print is packed, shipped, and delivered to you safely.
For international orders, please understand that shipping costs will greatly vary depending on what country you are located in, and that shipping from the US is both much more costly and will take longer to arrive.
Finally, while I strive to package and protect your print as best as I can, when the print leaves my hands it is out of my control and at the mercy of the delivery service provider. As such, Studio Eummae is not liable for any damages incurred by the shipping company, however I will ensure I will prepare the print as best as I can for shipping to you.
