🐄 EUMMAE Terms of Moo-sage

1. Joining the Herd

By accessing or using EUMMAE (the "Pasture"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Moo-sage. If you do not agree to graze by these terms, please find another field.

2. What's in the Barn

EUMMAE is a productivity toolkit for science students that provides:

• 🐄 PASTEURIZE - Lab data extraction from handwritten notes (filtering the chaos, bottling the truth)
• 🐄 THE MILKY WAY - Searchable notebook indexing (connecting your scattered stars)
• 🐄 THE MEADOW - Document library and course material hub (open fields, everything in view)
• 🐄 C.R.E.A.M. - Report generation (only the best rises to the top)
• 🐄 MOO-TOSIS - Cell counting and analysis (one cell, two cell, red cell, moo cell)
• 🐄 CLAIRVOYANCE - Slide viewing (see the invisible)

3. Getting Your Ear Tag

To use certain features, you must register with the herd. You agree to:

• 🐄 Provide accurate and complete information (honest moos only)
• 🐄 Keep your ear tag credentials secure
• 🐄 Alert the farmers immediately if someone steals your tag
• 🐄 Accept responsibility for all grazing under your account

4. Your Grass, Your Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you bring to the Pasture ("Your Grass"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your grass solely for the purpose of helping you digest it into useful cud.

You represent that you have the right to bring any grass you upload and that your grass does not belong to another cow.

5. Herd Behavior Rules

You agree not to:

• 🐄 Use the Pasture for any illegal grazing
• 🐄 Upload grass that belongs to other farms
• 🐄 Try to break into other cows' stalls
• 🐄 Cause a stampede or disrupt the Pasture
• 🐄 Send robots to graze without permission
• 🐄 Share your ear tag with other cattle

6. Academic Integrity (No Bull)

EUMMAE is designed to help you organize and process your own work. You are responsible for ensuring your grazing complies with your institution's academic integrity policies. Do not pass off another cow's grass as your own.

We help organize your grass. We don't write your essays.

7. Sometimes the Barn Needs Repairs

We strive to keep the Pasture open but cannot guarantee the grass is always available. The Pasture may be temporarily closed for maintenance, fence repairs, or acts of nature. We are not liable for any missed grazing opportunities.

8. Check Your Cud

While we strive for accuracy in OCR, data extraction, and calculations, our digestive system uses automated processing that may occasionally produce hairballs. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all results. Always double-check extracted data against your original grass.

9. Our Brand

The Pasture, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not rebrand our cattle without express permission.

10. As-Is Grazing

THE PASTURE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE MAKE NO PROMISES ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE GRASS, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR DIET, OR FREEDOM FROM WEEDS.

11. Limitation of Moo-bility

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR GRAZING, INCLUDING LOST GRASS, ACADEMIC CONSEQUENCES, OR UPSET STOMACHS.

12. Leaving the Herd

We may remove you from the herd at any time for violating these terms. You may leave voluntarily at any time through Account Settings. Upon departure, your grass will be composted in accordance with our Privacy Pasture Policy.

13. Changing the Fence Lines

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will moo loudly about significant changes. Your continued grazing after changes means you accept the new fence lines.

14. Which Pasture Rules Apply

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to which field the dispute started in.
